Coldwell Banker McKenzie Associates is a successor company to Marie Gallagher Associates, which first opened its doors for business on Bainbridge Island in 1985. As the company grew it recognized an increasing movement of clients to Bainbridge Island from many states across the country. Seeking broader market coverage and enhanced real estate tools, the company chose to become a Coldwell Banker affiliate. The decision was a good one, and our company has proudly carried the Coldwell Banker brand for more than 20 years.
