Bremerton has been engaged in an amazing transformation in the last few years. A new museum and impressive boardwalk grace the Bremerton waterfront, as do a new ferry terminal and high-rise view condominiums. These changes have also created a new vitality in the downtown commercial core.

Bremerton city parks encompass picnic grounds, ball fields, and a premiere golf course at Gold Mountain.

The Navy has an historic and leading presence here, making it a significant force in the local economy.

Bremerton offers a good mix of home options, from small in-town traditional cottage homes to signature waterfront or view properties. To the west is the Seabeck neighborhood, overlooking Hood Canal. This area presents a mix of executive, view, and rural properties.
